High Carbon Ferromanganese

High Carbon Ferromanganese (HCFeMn) is a manganese-rich ferroalloy containing a higher carbon content and is one of the most widely used alloying materials in steel production. It serves as both a deoxidising and alloying agent, improving the strength, hardness, toughness and wear resistance of steel. High carbon ferromanganese is commonly used in the manufacture of carbon steels, construction steels, and foundry applications where higher carbon levels are acceptable. Available in various manganese and carbon grades, HCFeMn provides excellent recovery rates, cost-effective alloying and consistent metallurgical performance for large-scale steelmaking operations.
