Innolate 60
Inolate 60 is a zirconium-based inoculant specifically developed for late-stream inoculation in grey and ductile iron foundries. Containing approximately 75% silicon and 1.2–2.0% zirconium, it provides excellent anti-fade properties, helping to maintain effective graphite nucleation throughout the casting process. Inolate 60 promotes a more uniform microstructure, reduces the tendency for carbide formation, and contributes to improved casting quality and consistency. Its fine particle sizing of 0.2–0.7 mm makes it ideal for applications requiring accurate and controlled inoculation.
