Innolate 30
Inolate 30 is a strontium-based inoculant containing 73–78% silicon, developed to enhance graphite nucleation and improve the metallurgical quality of grey and ductile iron castings. The addition of strontium provides effective anti-fade characteristics, helping to maintain inoculation performance and promote a more uniform microstructure throughout the casting process. Its fine particle sizing of 0.2–0.7 mm makes it well suited to controlled inoculation applications where consistent results, reduced chill tendency, and improved casting integrity are required.
