Inoculants
Inoculation refers to the introduction of nuclei into the melt in order to influence the solidification process in the casting. Nuclei serve as a crystallisation centre for graphite precipitation in cast iron. A full range of more specialized Barium, Manganese-Zirconium, Strontium, Bismuth and Lanthinium containing inoculants are available on request. These inoculants are available in granule (furnace, ladle, and late stream), powder (pipe), cored wire and tablet form. Click here to contact us for more info
